The mobile operator has invested substantially in the building up the 3G network capacity and needs to roll out services that will drive the network usage (and in turn, the revenue).  However it is facing significant challenges to implement its service delivery platform due to technical, operational and organisational issues.

STL is working with the client and its partners to develop a solution (technical as well as operational) that would fast-track the service delivery platform implementation for the operator, enabling it to quickly and efficiently provide services to its customers. The proposed solution will deliver a hosted and managed services delivery solution that is cheaper and low-maintenance and is based on open technology platform.
